Railway Recruitment Board has officially announced the 7th Phase Exam Date which is going to be held on 23rd, 24th, 26th & 31st July 2021. Due to this pandemic, Railways has decided to conduct the exam in different shifts to avoid crowding at the exam centres.
RRB NTPC 7th phase exam date: The 7th phase of CBT-1 will be conducted on 23, 24, 26 and 31 July 2021 for about 2.78 lakh candidates. The board has made available the admit cards for the candidates who are going to appear in the seventh stage examination.
Railway Recruitment Board is conducting the final stage i.e. 7th stage exam on 23, 24, 26 and 31 July 2021 in two shifts. RRB based on the request of Thiruvananthapuram, Government of Kerala vide its letter no.
F2/417/2021-HEALTH 22/07/2021 e-call letter issued by RRB to enable the candidates to reach their centre. – Decided to consider it as pass. This decision has been taken in view of the serious situation of Kovid-19 still in many areas.
Candidates must take care that the candidates reach their centers on time. This is the final stage of RRB NTPC CBT Phase 1. Hence there will be no rescheduling of examination of any student and requests for change of examination center will not be entertained.
Candidates will have to appear for the exam at the allotted timetable and exam centers only. All the candidates of Kerala have been informed by RRB directly on their registered mobile number and e-mail through official SMS and e-mail.

What documents do you need to carry to the exam hall? Also, without the required documents, your candidature cannot be considered. Before appearing for RRB NTPC Exam 2020, note down all the important documents mentioned below:
- Candidates must bring e-call letter along with valid photo ID.
- You must ensure that the name, date of birth and photo on the ID must match with the details given in the online application, failing which the candidate will not be allowed to appear in the examination.
- Candidates must also bring one color photograph (size 35 mm x 45 mm) uploaded in the application.
- Candidates should leave blank space in the downloaded e-call letter for writing, signing, affixing left thumb impression of self-declaration paragraph to be displayed on the screen during the examination.
RRB NTPC Selection Process
The selection process for RRB NTPC comprises of 3 stages. Stage 1 will be followed by Stage 2, then Typing Test and Document Verification.
- Phase I – Computer Based Test (CBT)
- There is a negative marking of 1/3.
- Stage 1 is of screening nature.
- Candidates 20 times the number of vacancies will be selected for Phase 2.
- Normalization of marks will be done.
2. Phase II – Computer Based Test (CBT)
- There will be a separate Stage-2 exam for each of the 7th CPC level i.e. Level 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6.
- There is a negative marking of 1/3.
- The level of questions will be different for different level of posts.
- Normalization of marks will be done.
3. Typing Skill Test / Computer Based Aptitude Test (as applicable)
CBAT and Typing Test will be qualifying. CBAT will be conducted only for those candidates who have filled the form for Traffic Assistant and Station Master.
4. Document Verification / Medical Examination.
Based on the combined performance of all the stages, candidates will be called for document verification.
