 The company announced in a filing on its website that the new Twitter CEO will receive $1 million in annual salary and bonuses, plus bonuses, as reported by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

Agrawal will also receive restricted stock units (RSUs) worth $12.5 million, with vesting scheduled for 16 quarterly installments beginning February 1, 2022. Performance-based RSUs are expected to vest in April 2022. Twitter noted that Agrawal had also been granted RSUs and PSUs earlier this year, but didn’t disclose any specific details.
