IGNOU Re-Admission 2021 – Students who fail to complete a program in the specified time can apply for readmission to IGNOU University. Students can reapply for admission to any of the programs at IGNOU or complete their incomplete courses easily. The same procedure for examinations and studies will apply as for regular admission, so students can take exams and get a result of their courses as regular students.

IGNOU Re-Admission 2021

For all courses offered by IGNOU, re-admission is available. According to the university’s pro-rata fee structure, candidates are required to pay their fees. Students must complete the program within the set/valid duration given by the university. Otherwise, their admission will be declined, and they will not be given a second chance.

IGNOU Re-Admission 2021 Extension Update

In a circular dated 27th October 2021, IGNOU has announced that the re-admission period has been extended for candidates whose registration is expiring in TEE June 2021. In order to enable those students to complete their pending projects, assignments, dissertations, and other components to complete their courses, the university has extended the validity of IGNOU Registration to December 2021.

The extension also applies to students whose validity expired in the TEE June 2021, December 2020, and June 2021. It is also noted that there is no registration required to get eligible to appear in the December 2021 TEE.

Important Points:

  1. If the duration of the re-admission of any students is getting over in June 2021 TEE then the validity will be extended till December 2021 so that the candidates can complete their leftover courses.

Important Dates for Submission of IGNOU Re-Admission Form

  • IGNOU will need readmission forms for TEE candidates between 1st February and 25th June 2020 if they want to appear in the June 2020 examination.
  • IGNOU will accept re-admission applications from 1st August to 31st October 2020 for candidates who wish to take the Dec 2020 TEE Examination.
  • Readmission fees are also available. You can reapply until the 20th June for the June Exam, and until the 20th December for the December Exam.
