The Delhi University will release its first cut-off list 2021 for admissions to varied undergraduate programmes today, October 1, on the official website du.ac.in. The cut-off list includes minimum scores required to require admission within the university.
DU has announced the cut-off schedule consistent with which there’ll be five cut-off lists along side a special drive cut-offs list.
This year, the cut-offs are likely to be higher as compared to the previous year as more students secured above 95% within the CBSE Class 12 exams 2021.
Around 70,000 UG seats are up for grabs this year and therefore the DU admission 2021 process are going to be completely online.
The top colleges like Lady Shri Ram, Hindu, Kirori Mal are expected to stay the cut-off many popular courses like Economics and English Honors above 98%.
Last year, the minimum cut-off for BA (Hons) Economics at Lady Shri Ram college was 100%. Students who meet the DU stop 2021 can register and apply online at the websites of the school or department within the course they need to require admission in. - Visit the official website of the college you have selected
- Register online at the college website
- Fill the required details and upload the documents in DU admission form 2021
- Submit the DU form 2021 to secure a seat in the college of your choice

The online reporting and document verification for admissions against the DU first cut-off 2021 will begin from October 4 and will be over by October 6. The DU colleges will approve the admissions by October 7 pm. The last date of fee payment is October 8.
Last year, Lady Shri Ram College pegged 100 per cent for three of its programmes. With over 70,000 students scoring more than 95 per cent marks this year, the DU cut-off is expected to be higher. More than 2.87 lakh students have registered for DU UG admission 2021 this year.
One of the Delhi University colleges, St. Stephen’s College has already released its first cut-off list on September 4. In the first cut-off list of St. Stephen’s College 2021, the highest cut-off score was as high as 99.5 per cent for admission to BA Hons Economics (for humanities and commerce stream students).
